There is no love sincere, than the love for food..
Yes… this is what I believe in. Food is always on my mind and so is cooking. It was in my early
teens that my fondness for cooking started.
It was my Mother who first inspired me to cook. She has been a great cook all her life and has
taught me the importance of being one. I am grateful to my Mother/God for bringing out this zeal
in me for cooking. I still remember the times when my mother would visit her parents and am at
home with the whole kitchen under my control. And that’s when I began to explore and
gradually sharpened my cooking skills. However difficult it may have appeared, yet I would
challenge myself to cook a new recipe each day. Many a times I would fail to cook the dish
exactly as described and surprisingly end up cooking something unique and interesting.
As I grew, my love for food also started growing. Everyone in my family are fond of eating and
so are many of my friends, which further motivated me to enhance my cooking-skills. But it’s
my Brother who has been my main driving force behind experimenting with cooking new dishes
each time, as he does not like to have the same dish over and again, and so he pushed me to try
my hand at different cuisines. My family has been the biggest support for me. Whenever any of
my cooking would go wrong they would all give me ideas on how to improve the badly turned
out dish into a tasteful new one. It’s really fun and amazing to see how even the worse of things
can get better with little creativity, imagination and effort.
Eat to live and not live to eat. Now this is something I don’t live by. One of my biggest wish in
life is to have the opportunity to taste as many dishes as possible in my lifetime.
Now that I have acquired some knowledge on cooking and can make some amazingly good
recipes, I wanted to share the same love for Food and Cooking with all the other food lovers.
And that’s how the idea of Blogging emerged and am very excited about this.
I hope and wish that we go through this journey together and experience some excellent times.
So please join me here and share your opinion, ideas, experiences and anything you feel like.
Looking forward to seeing you regularly on my Blog.
Thank you.
Best Wishes
Bon Appetit.
